For the safety of our patrons and volunteers, please note the following mandates will be in place to attend any of our productions for the foreseeable future due to the continued COVID 19 pandemic.
Effective Sunday, May 1, 2022, patrons will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination (or booster). However, all patrons and those volunteers working box office, lights/sound and backstage will be required to wear a KN95 mask (supplied by the theatre) for the duration of your time in our space.
If a patron is feeling ill or has symptoms of COVID on the day of a production, we respectfully request the patron contact our box office to reserve another day; if that is not possible a full refund will be made to the patron.
If a patient has been diagnosed with COVID, patron must have a negative COVID PCR test prior to attending a production. Proof of that negative PCR test must be presented at time of check-in and must be 14 days prior to said production. If that is not possible, a full refund will be made to the patron.
The remaining mandates as below remain in place:
1. ALL theatre volunteers must be fully vaccinated and boosted and show proof of vaccination to participate in any production in any capacity.
2. ALL patrons will be given sealed KN95 masks at time of check in and said mask must be worn during the entirety of the time in our space. Our box office staff will also have surgical grade masks available upon request. CLOTH MASKS are not acceptable.
4. If any patron is unwilling/ unable to wear KN95/ surgical grade mask while in our theatre, patron will be reimbursed for any ticket charge and request will be made to leave our space.
Our theatre will be deep cleaned following each rehearsal and performance (floor, door knobs, bathrooms, dressing rooms, etc.) to further ensure the safety of our patrons and volunteers.
If any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Claudia Lillibridge at email@example.com.
We appreciate your willingness to follow the above rules.
