Director Alex Nine

Alex J Nine (Director) Alex is thrilled to be directing at TMPAC for the first time. Audiences may remember him from his performance as Alan in God of Carnage. Born and raised in Akron, Alex now lives in Bedford Heights and is employed by Nestle. He has acted and directed throughout NE Ohio, most recently directing The Birds at Coach House Theatre and appearing in Noises Off at Hudson Players and She Kills Monsters at Ohio Shakespeare Festival.

Andreea Ciabanu as Sherry

Andreea is delighted to make her TMPAC and theater debut. She is a recent college graduate who loves anything related to languages (and art). When she doesn’t study one of the four languages she knows, she dives into small projects. Her recent works include two short films under AM Shorts titled A Walk in the Graveyard (writer, director, co-producer) and Paper or Pinecone (actor, co-producer). She is a Romanian-American dual citizen and considers Tigers Be Still to be the perfect stepping stone into the theatrical world.

Gabriella Terranova as Grace

Gabriella is so excited to be back on stage for her first show since 2019. Prior to that, she appeared in Noises Off at Hudson Players, and several shows with Charleston Stage, Footlight Players, and Village Playhouse in her hometown of Charleston, SC. She's also spent many years playing with various improv troupes, including Improv Theatre at William and Mary & ComedySportz in Arlington, Virginia. She currently lives in Cuyahoga Falls with her husband, Andrew Merrow, and their pets.

Will Landis as Zack

William B Landis is excited to be performing at TMPAC. William was born in Akron and now lives in Cuyahoga Falls. He has been studying music production and engineering and loves working with music and film. You may have seen him perform as Michael some years ago; and even though it has been a while; William is thrilled to be acting again

Tim Hirzel as Joseph

Tigers Be Still marks Tim’s TMPAC debut. He has “recently” been seen as Harry Bright in Mamma Mia at Cassidy Theatre, and previous favorite roles include Jerry Lukowski in The Full Monty, Carl Hanratty in Catch Me If You Can, Max in Lend Me a Tenor, and Frankie in Forever Plaid. He’d like to thank Alex for this opportunity, and Kim Rosenstock for writing this hilarious play.
